I recently learned of Senate Bill 7038-A sponsored by Senator Larkin and that it is in jeopardy. This bill would provide wonderful help to the horses of New York State. It would support the growing equine agricultural economy in the state. This bill would make New York a first in the nation. We would be poised for success and accolades.
I do not live in your district, however, my equine and entertainment dollars support the equine economy and resources in your district.
I enthusiastically support S. 7038-A or its benefits included in the possible new bill. Please do everything you can to ensure its swift, sound passage to the floor. Please vote yes!
